Luis Novella

Luis is an experienced entrepreneur with a background in energy and professional services. He was a top executive at AREVA during its peak, managing a division that covered nuclear reactor constructions and services, T&D, mining, offshore wind and solar.

He led the relationship with Unistar’s (part of Constellation Energy) CEO and leadership to develop a digital twin for nuclear plants. As an Accenture Partner, he was an energy expert in relationships with Endesa, Rosatom, ESKOM, Gas Natural, Fusion for Energy and several other energy companies.

He has particular expertise in growing and managing businesses globally, leading and directing operations. He has held partner leadership positions at KPMG, Accenture, and The Hackett Group. Luis has extensive experience in multiple industries and hands-on experience in the US, Europe and Latam.
